The role
We’re seeking a Senior AI Designer to join our design teams and pioneer AI-first workflows to create compelling visual content (image, video, motion). You’ll leverage tools like ComfyUI, Runway, and Kling daily, requiring strong open-source experience. You will build workflows in ComfyUI, train models (LoRA or full fine-tuning), and push the boundaries of image generation beyond conventional prompts to craft visuals that enhance our brand narratives.

This isn’t an R&D role; you’ll collaborate directly with designers, producers, and developers on commercial briefs, integrating AI into real-world creative projects.

We expect you to have a solid grasp of AI model training and fluency in mixing open-source and commercial tools. If you’re adept at building node chains, creating well-captioned datasets, and eagerly exploring new platforms, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll also play a key role in evolving our practices by documenting your discoveries, sharing knowledge, and empowering the team to elevate their AI skills.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of experience producing visual content with AI-first tools

• Expertise in ComfyUI (builder-level, not just user-level)

• Hands-on experience with Runway, Kling, and Stable Diffusion variants

• Proficiency in training/fine-tuning models (LoRA and full), preparing datasets, and captioning

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues (broken nodes, black frames, failed renders)

• Active participation in an AI/ML community (Discord, Reddit, HuggingFace, etc.)

• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical team members

• A proactive curiosity to explore and adopt new tools

Nice to have

• Python scripting skills (basic or custom nodes)

• Experience with Vid2Vid, style transfer, or similar transformation workflows

• Proficiency in Photoshop (for AI output cleanup)

• VFX or 3D pipeline experience

• Contributions to the open-source community (tools, guides, workflows)
