We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Norwegian and Swedish speaking Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging and nurturing our community across various social media platforms. You will act as the voice of the brand, fostering meaningful interactions and building strong relationships with our audience. If you have a knack for communication, a deep understanding of social media, and a passion for pop culture - this is for you.
This position requires working on weekends and holidays, 4 hours in total.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and moderate online community spaces, including social media platforms, forums, and other communication channels.
- Respond to community inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner and in the brands tone of voice.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Community Manager.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent and native in Norwegian and Swedish (mandatory).
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, online forums, and community engagement tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with content creation, including writing, graphics, and video.
- Passion for fostering relationships and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track engagement metrics.
- A proactive, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Background in digital marketing, communications, or public relations.
