The role
We’re looking for a talented Prompt Designer to generate compelling images and videos using AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Kling, Runway, and Dream Machine. You’ll be an integral part of our live production teams, working collaboratively to meet client briefs, adhere to timelines, manage revisions, and deliver final assets.

This is an entry to mid-level role. While you won’t be building tools or training models, you should possess a strong ability to craft effective prompts, iterate efficiently, and discern between aesthetically pleasing images and those that are strategically usable for our brand narratives.

If you're already refining prompts for consistency, maintaining a library of successful generations, and proactively exploring emerging AI platforms, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment.

You’ll also contribute to our team’s growth by documenting effective prompts, identifying platform nuances, and sharing best practices.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience using AI image and video generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Kling, Runway, etc.)

• A strong ability to refine prompts to align with brand tone, style, and composition requirements

• Active engagement with an AI image generation community

• The capacity to analyze and articulate the reasons behind a prompt's success or failure

• Comfort and proficiency in collaborating with designers and producers

• A willingness to rigorously test, compare, and iterate through multiple prompt variations

• The ability to document learnings and create clear, actionable guides

Nice to have

• Basic scripting skills (Python or JavaScript) to automate repetitive prompting tasks

• Foundational knowledge of design principles and visual storytelling techniques

• A history of sharing AI experiments, prompts, or insights publicly (e.g., in online communities or forums)
